Speaker Ryan  is working on  privatizing medicare a part of repealing Obamacare.  He’s such an ambitious little boy.

In 2004 George W. Bush took the political capital he got by winning reelection and said he would use it to privatize Social Security.  That overreach and real anger and fatigue over the Iraq war lead to the Democratic wave of 2006.
