Trump wasn’t moved by seeing Syrian babies gassed.  According to Eric Trump, he  was moved by seeing Ivanka upset about it.  Eric Trump is the weak link in the family with the loosest lips.  He’s Sonny Corleone before his father had to tell him to never say what he’s thinking in meetings with rivals.

He added: “Ivanka is a mother of three kids and she has influence. I’m sure she said ‘listen, this is horrible stuff.’ My father will act in times like that.

“And by the way, he was anti doing anything with Syria two years ago. Then a leader gasses their own people, women and children, at some point America is the global leader and the world’s superpower has to come forward and act and they did with a lot of support of our allies and I think that’s a great thing.”

Right.  Trump was anti doing anything two years ago, even two days before the air strikes, despite thousands of babies being bombed or drowning in the Mediterranean so even if he saw Ivanka bawling about the beautiful babies it still doesn’t make the 180 Trump did, make sense.

But Eric keeps saying what he’s thinking.  So Eric also had to comment on that almost too obvious possibility that the entire Tomahawk chop was a feint, which even Sonny would have known you don’t say out loud.
