A big test, not just for our democracy, but whether the Court itself has any credibility.

Toxic gerrymandering has to go.  I don’t care if Democrats don’t get to gerrymander anymore.  I’m confident enough to believe we don’t need it.  If Republicans really thought they had the better ideas, they wouldn’t have to also tip the scales.

Now the Wisconsin case is headed to a Supreme Court that has repeatedly said that extreme partisan gerrymanders are unconstitutional, but has never found a way to decide which ones cross the line.
