That’s it.  Okay, there is one military option to end the threat of North Korea, but you have to be willing to sacrifice South Korea to do it.

And if you do that you give up the humanitarian rationale of freeing the poor people of North Korea, because a lot of them (millions? hundreds of thousands?) are dying in this scenario.

Vox says there’s 3 options, all bad.  They left out the sacrifice South Korea option.  Which I am not advocating.  I have a South Korean refrigerator and may need parts some day.  I just wouldn’t be surprised if some ends justify the means conservatives don’t start posing this option essentially saying good bye to the entire peninsula.  Hey, our only concern is Alaska!
