I say this with love, you’re a hockey puck!

A real entertainment anomaly – an insult comic that was beloved by everyone. Material that relied somewhat on stereotypes: citing race, religion, national origin, sexuality and yet, in a way that never caused him to be a target of any group for his comments. His art was insulting people without being offensive.  And that doesn’t even seem possible, but he did it. Rickles was bulletproof.
